A: Yes. That means you are a shareholder of that property on a pro rate base. In case any day if property is sold out for any reason, you are entitled to get your share of money.

A: ASSET CHAINn executes a business in said property and generates revenues and after final analysis declares its annual net profit from the business in its annual financial report on its official website at year end. Whatever net profit is incurred in the business is distributed among the shareholders on prorate base; i.e. 51% of profit belongs to ASSET CHAINn as ASSET CHAINn is the 51% shareholder of the property and the business therein and 49% of net profit is distributed to NFT holders on pro rate basis. Every NFT holder has already done KYC for their account with ASSET CHAINn. So dividend is distributed in terms of USDT to the wallet of NFT holder, connected with ASSET CHAINn. The detailed report of which is published on the official website of ASSET CHAINn after the complete distribution of dividend so that NFT holders can cross check with the report regarding the dividend they have received or the dividend they were expecting but not received. There is a grievance cell also where NFT holder can correspondence in context to expected dividend.

Q: How can I collaborate my existing commercial property with ASSET CHAINn?

A: If you already have a debt or litigation free property you can partner with ASSET CHAINn. You have to escrow this property to our official escrow agency. Property will belong to you only but it will go for lock in to escrow for 2 years and then ASSET CHAINn team will execute a business in that property and whatever net profit is generated is shared on 10:90 basis which means the 90% belongs to you and 10 % belongs to ASSET CHAINn as a facility share. After 2 years of lock in the property will be free from escrow and if the owner want to discontinue the business with ASSET CHAINn he is free to do so.

A: A customer can check with the escrow agency where the property is escrowed. ASSET CHAINn will publish a copy of escrow agreement on its official website which can be verified with the escrow agency.

Q: How to get back my NFT sent to wrong address?

A: Any crypto asset sent to a wrong address by your mistake cannot be received back. So be careful before each transaction and double cross check address where you are sending your cryptos.

Q: What if ASSET CHAINn fails to perform and shuts down permanently?

A: Read the white paper wherein it is clearly mentioned that whatever property ASSET CHAINn buys it does the escrow for 2 years with third party. 51% percentage of NFTs which is company share is also put in escrow for 2 years and after selling 49% of the NFTs to the public whatever USDT is generated that is also in escrow. For example: For the property of 100 dollars which is in escrow, 49 dollars generated selling 49% of NFTs is also in escrow. So, in escrow there is 149-dollar worth asset. So, it is very easy to claim more than what you have invested if ASSET CHAINn shuts permanently. So if ASSET CHAINn performs your NFT can fetch you the returns to the moon and if it fails to perform still you get more than you invested from third party escrow which is guaranteed by them.

Q: On what factors price of NFTs can rise or fall?

A: The price of NFTs rise or falls based on price change in the market value of property and the dividend company gives.

Q: Why escrow of property is only for 2 years and not forever?

A: Because after every 2 years company will re-evaluate the business and may expand the same business at same property and again escrow the property for 2 more years so just for re-evaluation of property and NFTs escrow is limited only for 2 years.

Q: After escrow is over will ASSET CHAINn start selling from their 51% of NFTs directly on market place?

A: Though escrow is only for 2 years of lock in yet after 2 years, after re-evaluation of the business company may again put property as well as 51% of company shares in escrow again.

Q: What ASSET CHAINn will do from USDT freed from escrow after 2 years?

A: USDT freed after 2 years from escrow will be used for the expansion of business or to buyback NFTs from the customers to reduce the market share in the company and business within.

Q: Do FNO contract holders also have share in the property? Do they also get dividend?

A: No, F&O contract holders doesn’t hold any share in the property. They never get any dividend.
